We define our company as follows:

2) Fair and honest dealings with our vendors and others
with whom we come in contact;

Initially, the United States and, later, other countries
with a suitable base of small and mid-size businesses
to provide sufficient market for our start up and small
business consulting services.

Our business coaches
1) teach and help implement standard small business
consulting procedures and practices;
2) continually refine and improve our small business
consulting procedures;
3) utilize standard office, internet, and business software
systems; and
4) use the internet for research and to communicate
with our clients.
Services:
Our basic service is small business consulting and business
coaching service to existing and start up companies.
As a
management consulting firm, we also function as executive
coaches, business mentors, and management coaches. We
provide startup consulting for the entire process of
getting
funded and building a solid management structure for
rapid
growth and high profitability as envisioned in the business
plan.
CORE
VALUES
Every company and organization has core values in that
employees develop a sense of "how we do things
around here" and act accordingly. Few companies
and organizations think through their core values and
set them in writing. Fewer still consciously work to
create a positive working base for their companies.
We have as follows:
1.
Client Service
Our primary business is providing
ethical, professional, low
cost, and effective small business consulting services
to our
clients. Our objective, for each small business consulting
assignment, is a client that is more profitable and
has a
significantly stronger management system as result of
our
services. We seek at least $3 profit improvement for
each
$1 spent with us within eighteen months of project
completion. Our focus is providing the best possible
small
business consulting service, not maximizing billable
hours.
2. Ethics
We have developed operating
policies, procedures, and
practices based on ethical standards. But written policies
and procedures cannot cover all employee decisions or
guide all employee actions. In the absence of policy,
procedure, or direction from higher level management,
each
business coach is expected to simply "do the right
thing" and
be assured that his or her decision will be supported.
In
particular, we will not tell stories to clients to secure
work or
over promise what we can accomplish for them.

Innovation
We seek to continually improve
our small business
consulting service and introduce new professional services.
We recognize that mistakes are often the consequence
of
innovation and will support the efforts of our business
coaches seeking to push forward the boundaries of quality
and professionalism in our small business consulting
practice.
4.
Flat Organization and Decentralized Management
We employ experienced business
coaches with broad
management backgrounds and experience to work on small
business consulting assignments. Further, we give the
business coaches primary responsibility and authority
for
conduct of each small business consulting and startup
assignment. We do not use a structured, multi-level
management organization to administer our company. All
business coaches report directly to the President and
have prime responsibility and authority to direct their
assigned small business consulting and startup projects.

Fact Founded Decision-Making
We take the time to gather
and analyze facts before making decisions. Our emphasis,
always, is on "what's right", not
"who's right". We expect any problems presented
by our business coaches to be accompanied by at least
two recommended solutions based on the facts of the
problem or opportunity.

Competitive
We will take the time to make
fact founded decisions, but
when the decision is made, we move out rapidly and effectively
to implement the decision. We understand that, in an
industry dominated by much larger companies, the right
decision today could be a wrong decision later.
