Off - Site Consulting Services
As
part of the overall small business consulting plan,
the business coach may recommend a portion of the project
in off site work. This may be library or internet search
work and/ or development of spreadsheets and other analytical
aids that could be done off site as well as on site.
The business coach may include off site days in the
project plan or schedule off site days as the project
progresses. However, if off site days are included,
you will be given a schedule of work that will be completed
off site and then shown the work when the business coach
returns.
Depending
on the cost of the reimbursable expenses, off site days
may cost down to half the cost of on site days. However,
off site days will be scheduled only if the small business
consulting project work can be done as effectively or
more effectively off site and if use of off site days
does not slow down completion of the project.
As part of
our ongoing commitment to your company's success, we
will review key control reports such as weekly operating
summary, monthly variance report, and bid/ price review
and assist you in implementing corrective action as
needed to ensure that your company stays "on track".
The follow up review may involve on site visits, but,
most often, the follow up review can be conducted by
phone, fax, and email off site.
Our
hourly rate for off site consulting is $80 and, of course,
there are no reimbursable travel, lodging, and meal
expenses associated with off site small business consulting.
